inQA.labs has developed an original benchmark for comparing printer image quality. Subjective assessment remains a crucial factor when it comes to evaluating image quality; the end user's judgment is critically important. Our comprehensive approach not only covers important objective measurements, such as color gamut and color accuracy (the ability to achieve the desired color), but subjective measurements too. We perform statistical surveys on a set of observers using images from standard print industry as well as proprietary test suite.
